Our team is a family of dedicated community members who share a love for theater and kids. From our directors and volunteers to the administrative staff who keep everything running smoothly, each person brings creativity, energy, and heart to help inspire confidence, character, and connection through the arts.

Erika Bible has been performing since childhood, training in classical voice and piano while exploring dance, theater, chorus, and band. With 25+ years of stage experience—including performances with Augusta Players, Storyland Theater, and Walt Disney World Cast Choir—she also discovered a passion for teaching and directing children’s theater.

Erika is now the creative director at Inspire Studios, where she has led 14 productions, and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Kelly Alvarez is an Army wife, mother of two, and a passionate classical singer with a love for opera. Performing since age six, she has experience in choral, television, and stage productions, including work with John Secada and Shakira. Kelly trained at New World School of the Arts and the University of South Carolina, performing lead roles in numerous operas and musicals. She has also sung with professional choirs and opera companies in the U.S. and abroad. She is the owner of Étude Music Studio and is thrilled to join Inspire Studios as Music Director.

Kelly Alvarez

Kelly brings energy and expertise to her role as Assistant Director at Inspire Studios. She guides students in blocking, stage direction, and acting, while strengthening ensemble performance and collaboration. Beyond coaching, she contributes to scenic design and prop creation, helping productions come to life both on stage and behind the scenes. Passionate about musical theater, Kelly is dedicated to boosting confidence, creativity, and professionalism in every performer, ensuring Inspire’s productions shine at the highest level.

Hannah is a college student majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Theater. With more than 11 years of intensive dance and tumbling training, she has choreographed three Inspire Studios productions and is currently working on her fourth. Hannah combines strong technical training with creative staging to design choreography that enhances each performance. She is passionate about helping musical theater students grow as dancers, focusing on both confidence and technique, and she loves seeing them bring characters to life through movement on stage.

Kim is the Front of House Manager and a key member of Inspire Studios’ administrative staff. She manages fundraising, show week preparations, communications, financials, billing, sponsorships, and a wide range of operational tasks. She also supports the studio’s online presence through website updates and design as needed. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Kim helps ensure the smooth running of daily operations and productions, keeping both staff and students supported behind the scenes.

Shayna serves as Front of House assistant, supporting the business administration team with a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks. She helps coordinate Playbills, sponsorships, t-shirts, buttons, and other production-related details, ensuring that both daily operations and show week preparations run smoothly. With a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to supporting the team, Shayna plays a vital role in keeping productions organized and efficient. Her contributions help create a seamless experience for staff, students, and families throughout every stage of the production process.

Heather serves as the business team lead at Inspire Studios, bringing her expertise as a marketing graduate to oversee the organization’s administrative and operational functions. She ensures the non-profit runs efficiently, managing programs, productions, and day-to-day operations with professionalism and precision. In addition to her business responsibilities, Heather is a key member of the costume team, applying her creativity and attention to detail to support each production. Her combined skills in business management and artistic collaboration make her an invaluable part of the Inspire Studios team.

Steve has served as Board President of Inspire Studios for the past 2.5 years and was instrumental in helping establish the organization as a non-profit. In addition to his leadership at Inspire, he is the founder and owner of NextGen Ministry, a non-profit organization dedicated to youth development. Steve has seen firsthand the impact of Inspire’s programs, with several of his own students participating and graduating from the studio. His experience in non-profit leadership and commitment to nurturing young talent make him a valued guiding force for Inspire Studios.
